At LIAP Store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our policy is designed to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable and protects both our brand and our customers. To ensure clarity and consistency, this policy outlines the conditions under which hassle-free returns, replacements, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges is included in the price of the product
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to keep you updated.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is currently not available.
  • Order Delays: While we strive to deliver within the specified time, unforeseen delays due to logistics or external factors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

 

Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where products are damaged or defective due to transit mishandling:

  • Claim Submission: Requests for replacement must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Include an unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.

  • Charges for Late Claims: Claims submitted after 3 days may incur reprinting costs.

  • Verification Policy: Without an unboxing video, claims will be evaluated on available evidence. If verification fails, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.

2. Exchanges or Returns for Incorrect Size or Non-Defective Items

If a product is ordered in the wrong size or returned for reasons unrelated to defects:

  • Customer Responsibility: Such exchanges or returns are at the customer’s expense and require placing a new order.

  • Size Chart Reference: Customers are encouraged to refer to the size chart before placing an order to avoid errors.

3. Lost in Transit / Delayed Delivery

For products lost during shipping:

  • A refund or replacement will be processed after the shipping carrier confirms the loss.

For orders not attempted for delivery within the standard timeframes: 

  • Air Shipping: Delayed beyond 15 days.

  • Surface Shipping: Delayed beyond 20 days.

  • Options include:

    • Reprinting and reshipping the product at no additional cost.

    • Issuing a refund for the undelivered order.

5. Color Matching in Printing

  • Due to technical constraints, slight color variations may occur between the digital design and the final printed product. These are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • We recommend ordering test swatches to confirm colors before finalizing designs.

6. Unboxing and Package Handling

  • Customers are advised to carefully unbox packages to avoid accidental damage. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damages caused during unboxing unless:

    • A clear unboxing video is provided.

    • Images of the courier packaging are included.

7. Package Damage at Delivery

  • If a package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This documentation will assist in filing claims with the courier service.

8. Size Discrepancies

In cases of size mismatches:

  • Proof Submission: Submit images of the product and its measurements for evaluation.

  • Standard Tolerance: A measurement variation of ±0.5 inches is acceptable for apparel and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Important Notes

  • Non-Defective Returns: Returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customer Expense: Returns for incorrect orders (e.g., wrong size) are the customer’s responsibility.

14.2. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
