To place an order, simply browse our website and add items to your cart. When ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll provide your shipping information and select a payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll begin processing your items for delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
LIAP Shop accepts a range of secure payment options, including, UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and digital wallets. Our payment gateway is powered by PhonePe, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction experience for every purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process, followed by a delivery timeframe of 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email to monitor your order’s progress.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order’s status and through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, LIAP Shop offers shipping within India only. We are working to expand our reach and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned!

To claim a replacement or refund for a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit your request within 7 days of delivery. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the defective product, and images of the original packaging to process your claim. Our team will guide you through the steps for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
